How to Order
Here is how to order on our website.
We offer smooth and easy shopping experience on each product page with the order form.
We receive orders on the internet 24 hours.
1. Getting to the Form Page
On the page of the product you would like to purchase, please click on the button that says "Order Form". The product will be saved in the form.
2. Filling Out the Form
After filling out all the required boxes, please read the Privacy Policy, and tick off the box to agree with the handling of your personal data. And then, click the "Confirm" button.
3. Confirmation of the Contents
Please check if the input is correct.
You can modify the content by clicking the "Modify Contents" button.
※We only accept bank transfer.
After finishing with checking, click on the "Send" button.
4. Completing the Order
After receiving your order, we will send an email to the email address you provided in the form.
Please check if the content is correct.
In case you haven't received the email, please also check your spam folder.
Payment Method
We only accept payment in cash (bank transfer).

The bank for the transfer is SUMITOMO MITSUI BANKING CORPORATION.

Although we perform maintenance on vehicles and load them with extra care,
if any defects are found, we will take responsibility.
In case of delivery on faulty, we will repair or exchange it.

In cases described below, we can not repair or exchange it.

After asking for details, we will let you know our decision.
Refund
We will refund by bank transfer the amount equivalent to the original price after deduction of the cancellation fee and inspection/maintenance fee. The transfer fee must be paid by the customers.
Cancellation
Until the vehicle is delivered, customers are able to cancel the purchase by contacting us and paying the cancellation fee.

Delivery Date
It is not possible to tell exactly when the vehicle should arrive since dlivery schedule differs for each vehicle, but it generally takes 4 to 8 weeks.
